I have created an event poster for the "mock" Digital Storytelling Night at the Pines Elementary School on October 30, 2017. This event will be taking place in the school's library from 6-7:30pm. All third graders and their families are invited to share and celebrate their family's customs, languages, and traditions. All guests will have the opportunity to join in on a fun learning experience that teaches everyone about the digital world of technology and its importance. Digital Storytelling Night is a great way for students to learn about other cultures and share some of their own personal stories. Students and their families will be able to create their own digital story, using the 3-5 meaningful artifacts that they were asked to bring with them to the event. During the event, the school will provide iPads and chrome books for guests to create their digital stories on. By the end of the event, students and families will have had the chance to learn about each other and their personal customs and traditions through the use of digital technology!
